  I manage all aspects of the PathStone Corporation board of directors including orientation and training, board report management, board manual, resource document maintenance and meeting planning and execution both locally and in other states. I provide support to all of the corporate administrative leadership teams. I maintain the PathStone strategic plan and ensure that it is regularly updated and reported to the board of directors. I also serve as the primary staff point of contact for the President/CEO’s communication and involvement with: PathStone board members, and other boards and organizations on which the President/CEO serves; outside corporate and funding contacts;and internal PathStone senior management and front-line staff. In conjunction with Human Resources I plan and execute staff and board annual conference including logistics, content, and provide trainings as needed.
