Managing the problematic accounts efficiently through a gradual phase out strategy resulting in reducing the bad exposure from LE 67 millions to LE. 22millions within 2 years with net reduction of LE. 45 millions2. Replace said reduction in portfolio by extending new corporate facilities to company with good credit worthiness reached LE. 40 millions in form of overdraft limits against assigned contracts / Counter Guarantees.3. Collateralizing extended facilities amounting to LE. 49 millions in form of power of attorney to mortgage valuable assets and pledged shares.4. Managing the SFD Franchise Portfolio carrying out the following tasks:  Analyze the franchise concepts provided by the different companies working in the franchise business in order to prepare a franchise map according to business type and related geographical areas. Assist in setting the Franchise Scoring System which include the minimum criteria to be accredited as Qualifying Franchises.  Manage the franchise lending portfolio by distributing the successful franchisors' schemes between SFD lending channels either through partner banks or SFD Direct Lending, this is according to lending performance of the two channels, business type and geographical area. 2. Handling a monitoring and follow up system which takes in the following:  Follow up reports of franchisees ( either from SFD direct lending and / or partner bank)  Performance reports of partner banks ' contracts ( from bank sector of SEDS) Performance reports of Potential Franchisors ( from franchise development team).3. Take charge of tasks that manage the “Franchise Egypt Portal “ powered by SFD, which is considered the First National Franchise Portal in Egypt. It is designed to be served as a marketing and awareness tool for franchising as well as franchising information HUB. It is developed on a Business to Business basis, fully functional to meet the business matchmaking requirements between franchise stakeholders (Franchisors – Franchisees - Financial Institutions - Service Providers).
