Became efficient with problem solving of personal conflict, event conflict or financial budgeting. Primary contact and voice for the Dean’s office, Alumni Affairs, and all 5,000 enrolled students within the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences.

  Primary Objective was to ensure the Central Student Association is a functioning organization, financially and operationally in order to meet the needs of the University of Guelph students. Additionally to over watch the Health and Dental Student Plan, the clubs service, the Student Risk Management Service, and all Human Resources pertaining to contract, part time and full time staff. Successfully implemented affordable and accessible reusable water bottles on campus to reduce the use of non reusable water bottles by the University of Guelph after reoccurring student concern. Proposed and was approved for a $1.1 million renovation to the Central Student Associations club space. Renovation was completely funded without increasing student fees and had comprehensive consultation with all 130 plus clubs for a well rounded useful space to be produced for all those who use it. Utilized the skills learned throughout a vigorous training period to communicate in an engaging manner with potential students, their parents, teachers and secondary school officials by fielding questions and counseling them on academics, financial aid, or any other points of interest about the University of Guelph. Completed extensive reporting on improvements that can be made to the University of Guelph recruitment cycle, reasoning as to why it is annually successful, and prevalent information surrounding schools visited such as the number of students connected with at each visit.
