I am the company Founder and current CEO responsible for managing all investor relations, corporate governance, and major project oversight for the Quartette Gold Mine, an original gold and precious metals mine started in 1898 and subsequently abandoned in 1912. My goal is to uphold our mission statement while staying focused on safely extracting profitable resources, facilitating lean spending techniques, and ensuring a healthy return on investment.» Some of my current responsibilities include: establishing vesting schedules, overseeing all aspects of HR, managing accounting, payroll, budgets, project timeline roadmapping, running bi-monthly board meetings, and serving as the main liaison between all investors, key stakeholders, and vendors. » I regularly collaborate with team members comprised of Engineers, Mine Operators, Grounds Security, and Administrative Assistants. I physically visit the mine once a week to touch base with the onsite manager and property owner to oversee improvements and progress.» I additionally work as the interim Head Mining Project Manager when needed, setting up and implementing aggressive timelines, and handling site clean-up, refurbishment, and buildouts.Noted achievements as Rebel Mining’s CEO to date include:☑ I have served as an effective Change Agent for a previously stagnating project...
