      Responsibility for the development, integration and execution of Royal Mail Group’s Health and Wellbeing Strategy. Managing Occupational Health & Wellbeing suppliers within a £16m budget. • Creating a five year Group Health and Wellbeing Strategy.• Identifying and securing a £2m saving achieved out of a £15m Occupational Health and Wellbeing contract whilst improving service levels.• Innovating a new approach between an Occupational Health supplier and the internal HR team that has led to a saving of £155k in the first 3 months.
