  Hired to manage and administer the RIP (Religion, Ideology, Prosociality) project. In a nutshell: - 6 million PLN budget,- funds from Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2020 and operated by National Science Centre,- an international team of 13 people,- almost 4 years of interdisciplinary research on secularisation using computer modelling. Was fun while it lasted. Along the way I was also involved in a few other projects thus I had the opportunity to learn about various financing sources, regulations and guidelines. After completing the main project, my employment at the Sociology Department was extended to support scientists in finding funding, applying for new grants or running current projects. Show less
