  It is an initiative aimed at creating a link between medical students in the junior years and their peers in the senior years, to facilitate the educational journey and overcome the difficulties and obstacles that students may face at the beginning of their college studies.This is done by nominating a number of Big Siblings based on several criteria, the most promient of which is academic excellence (GPA) and linking these Big Siblings with their peers in groups, and supervising them to ensure the process runs smoothly throughout the academic year.The younger siblings receive information and advice from their senior peers on a continuous basis throughout the year.I have developed the initiative by:• Doubling and expanding the scope of the initiative to include third-year students as well, rather than just first-year students, due to the pressing need of third-year students for this initiative given the difficulty of the third year and it being the first clinical year for medical students.• Establishing the position of "Chief Big Sibling" to create a link between the initiative's leaders and the Big Siblings.• Creating a dedicated cloud-based repository for the initiative, which contains the most important guidance files and will serve as a helpful and useful resource for the younger siblings.
