    Hi I am mechanical engineer, working at The Hi-Tech Gears LTD. Bhiwadi. I always love to find out the better ways of working. I love to work on Improvement Projects like reducing different kind of Waste, Maintaining 5S, Efficiency Improvements etc. Always try to work with strong bonding in the team to avoid mis-understandings. I like to lead the team from the Front, and believe in making the hands dirty.
