  I Provides leadership, supervision and technical oversight of operations and maintenance of the Boiler Steam Plant, Steam Vacuum System (SVS), and Reverse Osmosis plant in the ARC-JET facilities at NASA Ames Research Center. Support operation and maintenance of the Steam Plant, Steam Vacuum System, and other arc-jet facilities. Develops or reviews plans, requirements and drawings for implementing repairs, upgrades and modifications of the facility equipment, infrastructure, instrumentation, and control systems. Use MAXIMO system to schedule preventative maintenance, develop and modify PM instructions, add missing or new equipment to the MAXIMO database. Provides technical expertise to the users of the facilities for test planning to insure proper match of facility requirements with capabilities, resources, and schedule. Provides technical expertise and guidance in overall planning, maintenance, and operation of assigned facilities. Providing support and leadership in the planning, preparation, and operation of the test facilities to ensure that project test requirements are met on schedule.
