  Currently playing the role of an Onsite Lead for Project at Cisco Systems, San Jose.Role includes having meetings with Business Teams to understand their requirement and design a automated solution for them. Onsite coordination for a support/development project where I was responsible for own deliveries which involved fresh development and enhancements and also manage offshore deliverable. Had a team of 4 people at offshore. I have been having meetings with users to understand their requirements and suggest ways in which they can be implemented using the selected BI tool. Mockups and Business Requirement documents were created to confirm the requirement. Have also been part of development planning,estimations and feasibility analysis required for project proposals.
