Show less Joined WaterHealth India for the Management Trainee program, 'Boot Camp'. The Management Trainee program of WaterHealth is a rigorous training program based on United States Marine Corps Recruit Training. Management trainees are assigned projects in cross-functional team in various locations (primarily rural) in a span of one year and are required to perform well. On completion of the one year program, only the best performers are inducted to WaterHealth as per its philosophy 'survival of the fittest'. Traniees are required to work in with various teams and stakeholders across the organization. For the projects assigned to me during the first year, I was required to work with Market Reasearch, Sales & Distribution, Strategic Cell, Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management, Finance, Business Alignment team. Also I worked in more than fifty [50] rural communities across nine [9] disticts of Andhra Pradesh. I was also required to work with African subsidiaries in Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria and the team in the United states. It was challenging but interesting at the same time.
