  * Supervised a team of unionized and non-unionized technicians for Messer’s Bulk and Microbulk Operations in various Canadian provinces to ensure the safe and reliable operation of Messer's industrial gases/cryogenic systems at customer sites across Canada. * Planned and executed the safe installation and ongoing maintenance of Messer's industrial gases/cryogenic systems across Canada in various industries such as: manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, military, nuclear, municipal, medical, automotive and construction. Products include Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, CO2, Hydrogen and Helium. * Designed bulk tank and piping systems to meet customer needs, from the layout to piping specifications.* Managed emergency calls, including after-hours calls, and assigned to relevant technicians to ensure successful completion of service for customer sites.* Developed scopes of work and retained and oversaw the work of various contractors for tank installations and removals. * Designed and implemented numerous work process improvement initiatives which resulted in an increase in new installations and tank movements by approximately 12.5 percent in 2021.* Oversaw the procurement of parts for new installations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the current pressure equipment codes.* Assigned as Messer’s main liaison for business dealings with various Provincial Pressure Vessel Authorities across Canada such as TSSA, ABSA, TSBC, ITSM, TSASK etc., and ensured compliance with provincial regulations for Messer's Bulk and Microbulk activities.
