Show less Fulfilled the role of Dutyholder Operations Superintendent for the Beatrice Complex.This comprised of the manned Beatrice Alpha ; Bravo, Charlie,& Jacky WHP normally unmanned installations (NUIs), the Beatrice Offshore Wind Turbine Generators and Onshore Nigg Oil Terminal and all associated pipelines.During this role I reported to the Asset Operations Manager, and ran the day-to-day O&M support team. Key operational activities which were successfully delivered in this period included major decommissioning projects on the NUIs (FDPV & EDC of topsides & pipelines on all assets, plug & abandonment of wells on NUIs, major tank cleans onshore) as the assets transitioned from cessation of production through the decommissioning lifecycle.Authored business plan and assessed net present value for life extension at Nigg Oil Terminal (top tier COMAH site), including acting as commercial liaison on behalf of client. Resulted in >£5m of additional revenue for our client through engagement with statutory bodies to obtain the relevant authorisations to act as a waste treatment facility.Took a key role in managing the successful TUPE transition of over 100 personnel out of the business when contract was taken in-house by client.
