  Currently responsible for the project management around the redevelopment of the new flagship gallery location in Kensington. Role involves effective communication between multiple contractors and consultants as well as strict management of the programme to ensure the works are executed on time and within budget. Responsible for the general management and daily operations for the London base of Carpenters Workshop Gallery. Role involves managing a small team, ensuring a good work environment, and providing operational management including consistent communication across clients, suppliers, and higher management.

  Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and support the delivery of several high-profile exhibitions in London and contribute to the successful development and delivery of the museum’s touring portfolio. - Maintain, draft and oversee large budgets throughout all stages of the project development, including accurate forecasting and value engineering. - Support Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure the delivery of temporary exhibitions and displays are on time, on budget and to a high standard. - Manage contracts and tendering processes.
