      My role at the Tripp luggage concession within Debenhams Bath is to deal directly with customers. I had very good product knowledge and used this to gain an idea of the suitcase that best matches the customer needs, finding out about planned holidays or business needs the customer may require. I worked two six hour shifts per week covering the department on my manager’s days off and I covered the department full time for three months while a new manager was being advertised until leaving in August 2012.       My role was within the supplier supporting team within NHS SBS dealing with NHS trusts and hospitals who call in to chase up payments of invoices that are processed through SBS. Within the role I built up rapport and working relationships with regular callers that were chasing up payment from NHS SBS clients with invoices that can range from the small into the millions of pounds. I had joined the more experienced members of the team in dealing with General Practitioners and practice managers on a separate line which required more attention and expertise in assisting them through the invoicing process.       My role as purchase ledger covered many areas of the accounts payable department at Brandon Hire Head Office. Whilst at the company I built good relationships with many suppliers who I dealt with over the phone and by email regarding outstanding invoices for payment and general queries. I chased up depots all over the country to get hire invoices authorised by managers if required and liaised with suppliers if they had queried any charges. I search out purchase orders when missing from invoices, I helped manage incoming invoices from companies via email and post helping key them onto the system with my colleagues at a rate of up to 300 per day.
