  By looking at existing log files such as access log and proxy logs a model was built for common patterns using user behavior and navigation. Clustering algorithms, data mining concepts, weblog mining, non-supervised techniques, stream mining, information retrieval techniques, and pattern recognition algorithms are used to build the model. CEP rules generated from the model that was built can detect common patterns and differentiate patterns in event streams. The research was taken place for full time as postgraduate studies. Two International publications were completed for Masters. Consulting engineers work taken place for Banks and Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) under the University of Moratuwa and TechCert. Show less

  Zeppelin is a collaborative data analytics and visualization tool for distributed, general-purpose data processing systems such as Apache Spark and Apache Flink. It has two main features, the data analytic phase, and the data visualization phase. This project is an improvement or a re-design of the Data Visualization Component.
