      Accomplished Brookshire’s Grocery Company Partner.During my tenure at Brookshire's Grocery Store, I launched the Curbside Delivery Department at the Anna, TX location (Store #131) which provided clients a safe, contact-free way to shop for groceries amidst the Covid19 Pandemic. The implementation of the Curbside Delivery Department at this location was crucial to the continued success of the store, as a top competitor supermarket with lower prices had recently opened less than two miles from our location. As a result of the launch of this department, we were able market our Curbside Delivery Department and the exceptional customer service provided to the client from their own personal shopper as a way to set us apart from our competitor. I attribute the success of the Curbside Department launch to the knowledge that I was able to bring with me from a previous position at Super One Foods, were I assisted in launching a similar service.
