I am the social work case manager for the partial hospital behavioral health program in Bethlehem. I run psychotherapy groups, ensure continuing care for patients in the program, and create treatment and discharge plans for each patient on my case load. I work with an interdisciplinary team including a psychiatrist, nurse and music therapist to provide a well-balanced, rigorous treatment program.
