  Duties:Contractor Management - I ensure all incoming contractors are up to date on all training, update their training as needed, and conduct performance reviews.Training - I manage the mill wide training program. Ensure all mill personnel receives and completes their training for annual OSHA requirements, conduct classroom training on confined space, lockout tagout, and hazard identification, manage all training records, maintain our online training system.Criticle Jobs - Review/walk down all jobs that consist of hot work, line breaking, and confined space.Air Monitors - I manage all air monitors on site. I ensure that they are all working properly and get bump tested and calibrated regularly.PSM Coordinator - Ensure that MOCs and other paperwork are filled out correctly.
