      With support and mentoring from the team, I was introduced to new ideas like HTTP requests, and learning how to program using C#. I was then able to implement everything I had learned into a project that I worked independently on. By writing HTTP requests that would fetch statistics relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was able to create an interface to display the spread and worldwide impact of the virus.
