Continuously reviewed relationships with contracted vendors to maintain a win-win environment and be rewarded with more options at better margins while maintaining performance and reliability standards. Developed a disaster recovery (DR) laptop and process for data center credit unions that are mandated by the NCUA to have a DR plan for their CU. This provided monthly costs ($100/CU) plus hardware and setup costs ($3000/CU).
