Created a project pilot in improving the cost of trailer transferring from SSD to FC warehouses locally. Partnered with TOM, ROC, and the operations team in creating fast cost-effective moves in trailer movements for AMAZON logistics. Maintained and improved the operations of the site by taking ownership of the shift to developing best practices and feedback mechanisms. Transformed to HR on-site to assist associates with questions in regard to retention, schedules, time punches, concerns, cases, employee engagement, and site events. Performed as safety manager in taking ignition in removing any harmful activity from the site. Initiate programs to reduce injuries with basic stretches and best practices at the start of the shift.
