CRUDE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES ( LSTK / EPC )Summery : This Project to develop 8 Drill sites, which shall include the installation of the followings:• Fifty (50) wells powered by Electric Submersible Pumps (ESPs)* distributed across Eight (8) Drillsites.• Thirty two (32) chemical injection systems consisting of (8) each of Corrosion Inhibitor, (8) Scale Inhibitor, (8) Oxygen Scavenger and (8) Biocide Injection skids as total for all drill site.• 23 KM of Overhead power lines (13.8kV) from Marjan Substation-202 to all drill sites. • Twenty four (24) 13.8kV outdoor switchgears.• Twelve (12) Remote Terminal Units (RTU) which shall interface with the SCADA at Zuluf CPF.• Two (2) 50/66.67 MVA POWER TRANSFORMER 115/13.8kV, and one (1) 13.8kV, 3000A, 40kA RATED INDDOOR, METAL CLAD SWITCHGEAR, integrated to PSA. • Fifty (50) 10”wellhead piping, sand traps and flow lines (cement lined portion is 10”) from wellhead to the headers.• Eight (8) 24”x16”x12”x10” (telescoping) headers.• Process automation and communication systems for safe monitoring and control from Zuluf Central Processing Facility (ZCPF).• Eight (8) 24” laterals from the headers to the manifolds with scraper launchers and receiver facilities• Two (2) 48”x36”x24” (telescoping) manifolds connecting to the trunk line (with provisions for future connections)• One (1) 42” trunkline connecting the manifolds to the WTP , total length 58 KM , with two (2) Main line valve stations.• Operation, maintenance and security buildings at the manifold area.
