In addition to maintaining my duties as a Marketing Associate, I collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on cross-functional teams to fabricate and iterate creative marketing campaigns from start to finish. I am responsible for coordinating video content creation for MatterHackers’ YouTube channel while managing associates on the Creative Team to meet weekly goals and deadlines. The MatterHackers YouTube channel has grown to 109,000 subscribers and nearly 400 videos since my start date. Through the YouTube channel, I write, revise, and present technical topics to a YouTube audience of constantly growing and changing demographics while maintaining an intentional “voice” for professionals. In addition, I collaborate and maintain relationships with other prominent YouTube content creators to amplify MatterHackers’ messaging to a wider audience. Aside from managing MatterHackers’ video content, I also work daily to create assets and write copy that showcases the features, function, and value of vendor products from MatterHackers’ catalog for online marketing, the HQ showroom, and tradeshows. Routinely, I recruit talented freelancers to help create fresh content and coordinate projects that are in-line with MatterHackers’ branding, tone, and mission.
