  I am a leader in Risk Assurance services with experience in IT audit and compliance, specifically around internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). I work with large and medium sized public SEC registrants and private companies in the Midwest, primarily in the consumer and industrial products sector. I have vast experiences in managing multi-national audit engagements and global coordination.I have internal audit experience in SAP IT General Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) business process controls implementation and year one testing. I am an expert in SAP security and controls and a Champion for our PwC proprietary GRC segregation of duties (SoD), restricted access, and configuration tool. I have also advised clients on controls compliance during large SAP system implementations and conversions as well as large company divestitures. I have presented to clients on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and the value of optimizing vendor provided access control tools. I am CPA certified.I am actively involved in recruiting new talent to the profession and have served as co-chair of the Campus Recruiting Committee in our Greater Chicago Market.
