      In June 2012, Dang Brother Pizza was born from the creative vision of Kevin Spenla and hard work of business partner David Ricardo. After combing a 1974 American La France fire truck with an Italian wood burning oven, the ultimate pizza machine emerged into the San Diego food truck scene. The truck is designed to be the primary branding component of the business as well as deliver the best pizza and catering experience possible in the mobile food market.

      Currently on site for the construction of the Jacobs Medical Center in La Jolla, CA. Coordinating revisions between owner(UCSD), architect(Cannon Design),contractor(Kitchell), and consultants for OSHPD approval. Managing document control of 6500+ drawing sheets across 16 permit packages for the 5 separate OSHPD projects.
