  In charge of managing the MEP completion of a 720,000 sq. ft. Replacement Hospital in Los Angeles including a new Central Plant with Natural Gas Engine Driven Water Chillers. This new central plant included phased change over from existing water chillers, emergency generators, steam boilers and new medium voltage DWP main power service, fed from two independent electrical grids.

  As part of the total campus upgrade for the John Muir Health Walnut Creek campus, Dale was also responsible for managing the construction of the new, 30,000 SF Central Utility Plant and a primary utility corridor running in the basement of the new 350,000 SF acute care tower. The utility corridor will provide proposed new and future utilities that will ultimately be served by the Central Utility Plant. The plant includes a new generators, chillers, boilers, co-generators, cooling towers, and electrical service. The generator exhaust system has been designed to meet BAAQMD air quality codes and requirements. Show less
