  The W South Beach is a fantastic fast paced ultra luxury boutique hotel located in Miami, Florida. During my time with the W I was lucky to oversee all front of house operations and learn a wealth of knowledge in event planning, food and beverage, and revenue management. It was a great learning experience for interdepartmental communication and logistics. I lucky to be able to manage this 395 hotel and residence during the height of events such as Art Basel and work with amazing companies Adidas, Stoli Vodka and numerous other businesses for incentive trips.
