  Duties/Responsibilities:  To conduct pre-shipment Inspection for each consignment to ensure the quantity, quality and precise components and provide pre shipment inspection certificate. To ensure inventory of all consignments at RAL factory site. To prepare report of short supply, wrong supply & repairing works of each consignment and send to supplier and ensure reimbursement from supplier.  Develop, lead and execute procurement plan. Depends on factory stock we execute procurement such as collect quotation, prepare comparative statement & finally issue purchase order by getting approval from management & negotiating with the supplier. Prepare agreement between RAL & vendors. Import raw materials (CRC sheet, Met-Cal stripes, MIG wire, Pretreatment chemical, TSA & PU etc.). Other raw materials from motorcycle suppliers or their supplying vendor directly. Capital machinery and spares.  Identify loopholes and weaknesses of production department to develop effective standard operating procedures. Work closely with other units. Ensure coordination and other supports for different sections. Take necessary steps for team building and motivation of the employees for improving productivity. Follow up with the corresponding supervisor about the weekly schedule and providing updates time to time about the market analysis. Preparing MDP (Model Development Process) & MMC (Minor Model Change) for motorcycle.  Sourcing Engine & Chassis dynamometer for testing engine & motorcycle overall performance respectively.
