   Troubleshooting of low throughput Issues and low SINR issues, and proper transmission modes design. Checking RSRP Monitoring the traces. Checking the latency. Attach detach test and optimizing the site according to the given threshold from customer. Analysis of Layer 3 Messages for Attach, Detach, Paging and E-Rab Establishment and HOSR events. Pre and Post Cluster Optimisation for Monthly activities with respect to the RSRP, Throughput, Handovers and Neighbour relations. Achieving required throughput according to site frequency bandwidth and transmission capacity. Troubleshooting CSFB/ANR/MIMO issues using traces, KPI and Features/Parameters. Monitoring consistent RSRP, RSRQ and SINR parameters performance for better coverage of the site. Cluster & Area Optimization of LTE Sites - Defining Inter-cell neighbors & configuration of time to trigger for successful Handovers. Check and analysis and acceptance the SSVs Reports. Perform the Download and Upload throughput tests on each sector of the site and make sure to get maximum achievable DL & UL speeds at the best point of each cell with the best BLER, & SINR Parameter values. Identification of coverage holes in the area of interest based on Customer complaints. Analysis of PROBE/ASSITANT measurements and statistics in order to decide the need of new sites either for traffic, coverage or quality, abnormal release, RRC setup failure, attach failure. Analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, custom designing solutions, troubleshooting for complex information systems. Benchmarking for ZAIN, VIVA & WATANIYA. Cluster Optimization. Polished leadership skills with ability to motivate teams to increase productivity. Possess excellent troubleshooting skills and has the ability to communicate effectively.
