  Responsibilities:- Manage the Production team to execute the fabrication works of Hydraulic drive steel structures, tanks and piping works with defined scope of works and specification, & streamline resources for the criticality of the specific jobs. Responsible for Control, Coordination and monitoring of entire production activities until dispatch, to meet organizational targets effectively. Contributing towards developing project baselines and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. Daily Production Meeting with cross function department & Preparation Monthly as well as weekly Plans in coordination with various departments to run production line smoothly and track the performance. Hours allocation according to nature of Job & ensure the Job has to be completed within allocated hours. Overall responsible of smooth function of production area & equipment in coordination with Plant engineering department, Supply Chain, Planning, Method and Procurement. Took several measures such as Quality requirements specific to codes and norms, requirements of safe operations during execution, affective plan of resources to ensure that project was in line with requirements specified by clients. Played a key role in cost control by close monitoring of control measures. Overcome all challenges during the completion of the projects by leading the team for Quality,Planning, HSE, Cost control measures. Monitored important documentation such as design drawings, Fabrication drawings, methodstatements. Provided guidance to select appropriate process, equipment selection, and effective utilization ofresources for achieving pre-determined targets of production. Implemented various corporate initiatives Such as 5S, Lean Six Sigma Methodology.
