  At Horsman & Co, my job was assistant executor at a construction site in Alphen aan den Rijn. I have mainly been involved in the construction planning, taking charge in multiple projects and guiding (potential) buyers.

  Bachelor thesis

  At the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands, I have had the chance to write my bachelor’s thesis concerning the adaptive reuse of typical Dutch bulb sheds. This type of real estate was important in the economic growth of the Duin- en Bollenstreek region in the past. Based on my thesis, I have developed a guide with assumptions and information concerning the adaptive reuse, this guide was published in May 2014.

  At EY Montesquieu, I have had the opportunity to write my master’s thesis concerning the extramuralisation and the effects on healthcare real estate at Dutch housing associations. The extramuralisation is a separation of the housing component and the care component, as it was common to package them in for example a caring home.
