Manipulated data-flows through dozens of convoluted and legacy interfaces. Saved > 200k$ by designing a simplified and consolidated mix of heterogeneous transmitters and divergent un-malleable software, allowing earlier delivery (on accelerated schedule).✦ Trained global network of several 100s of tracking operations and maintenance engineers, skillfully integrating and animating presentations ( VBA running Excel and Power Point ).✦ Deployed SW 6 months early and yielded a work-year’s savings, by designing & installing testing LAN bridged between Operational & customizable Test systems, permitting a 2-fold reduction in the perennial verification and validation testing upgrade efforts, with safe, easy, and thorough cross-development software version(s) regression and operational testing.
