      This was more than a semester abroad. Here, I took classes taught by some of the most experienced business professionals in the world. The intensive leadership workshops taught me to identify my weaknesses and how to overcome them and the hands-on management courses gave me real-world experience in empowering others to overcome their own. Here, I took classes taught by some of the most experienced business professionals in the world. The intensive leadership workshops taught me to identify my weaknesses and how to overcome them and the hands-on management courses gave me real-world experience in empowering others to overcome their own. In my management course, we were given a small budget and hired online contractors to develop a new Android app. My team was in charge of the hiring, and in some cases, letting go, of research contractors. We used strategies to determine if they were good fits for our company and would communicate their qualifications to the rest of our group. We experienced many challenges along the way but by using our teamwork and leadership skills, we were always able to overcome them.I also was able to visit 11 countries and 16 cities across Europe in my stay.
