  June 2024 to Current - Naval Medical Center Portsmouth VA - Operational Forces Medical Liaison Service: Provides a single, 24/7, point of contact between the operational forces and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth for for the coordination, execution, and administration of Medical Evacuations. October 2022 to May 2024 - 2D Marine Division Headquarters Battalion - Training Coordinator: Responsible for the creation and execution of long and short range training plans ensuring compliance with JACHO, DHA, DoD, and Navy/Marine Corps Instruction. Responsible for the implementation of processes and procedures that enabled the tracking of basic first aid training required for all service members assigned to 2d Marine Division. Developed a tracking system for the training of medical personnel assigned to 2d Marine Division, allowing higher headquarters to evaluate individual units readiness to be evaluated. - Supply Manager: Build relationships with suppliers; enabling the acquisition of mission essential medical supply in an efficient manner. Develop yearly budgets, ensuring availability of funds for necessary acquisition. Develop unit SOP for the tracking, ordering, and maintenance of critical supply. - Deployability Coordinator: Developed and executed the SOP for the tracking, coordination, and care of service members who’s condition(s) require more intensive care that can be offered local to the Wallace Creek Medical Homeport.May 2022 to October 2022 - Naval Reserve Center Corpus Christi - Interim Department Head: Directly responsible for the oversight of all Medical department functions to include: Medical Readiness of all units, Training of medical personnel, coordination of record management, supply management, and personnel management. - Deployablilty Coordinator: Developed and executed the SOP for the tracking, coordination, and care of reserve service members who’s condition(s) preclude them from a deployable status.
