  Working with our Managing Director and COO to support the financial and administrative needs of the company. (Inclusive of Payroll & Accounts Payable)Integrated into People & Culture, to assist with operations, culture, recruitment and much more. Working with the Data Services & Client Enablement Manager to assist client with implementation, Maintenance and support of the BGL Bank Data Service. Whilst also providing client and internal staff with necessary documentation, training and education for BGL Bank Data Service. Working with the Data Services Manager to assist clients on-boarding to the BGL Bank Data Service and assist in managing the Data Services Team. The Data Services team had only been developed for two months prior to my start with BGL. I worked along side the managers to develop the Data Services Administration team, including developing procedures from scratch and training new junior administration assistants as they joined the team.
