  As a member of the HR team, I organize team-building events, manage fringe benefits, and conduct professional training sessions, including topics like resilience. I also compile and conduct team-based questionnaires and research, such as satisfaction surveys. In addition, I lead retro events to foster team communication and collaboration and I'm also the product owner of our intranet.

  Project Manager and Member of the Jury

  Being part of the Office of the Year jury is a passion project for me. It's incredibly fulfilling to see how, with each passing year, there's a growing focus on meeting employees' needs when designing office spaces. Moreover, I'm delighted to have been asked, once again, to organize the conference's professional program as a professional project manager.
