Follow-up risk recommendations from survey and claim assessors’ reports.4. Execute delegated signing, Underwriting and approving authority diligently5. Conduct and maintain records of quarterly underwriting file reviews and audits.6. Monitor various SLA performance matrix for respective operational units7. Preparation of policy documents and endorsements as per set service standards08. Production of Debit and Credit notes as per set standards09. Escalate issues/bottlenecks, if any, to supervisor in a timely manner10. Attend to clients/Intermediaries’ queries, and all other issues related to U/W department at the branch level.11. Ensure agreed processes are strictly adhered to, including recording of dates for processing of eachtransaction (tracking sheet).12. Ensure agreed TAT’s (as per the Service Level agreement) for all transactions handled across all countriesare met without fail13. Work with supervisor/seniors to ensure there is an ongoing process improvement process in place,supported by IT where applicable, to help generate additional efficiencies & further shorten TATs to the minimum level.
