  Implementing community renewable energy projects with Power Up North London since 2017. Highlights include:2024 - Appointed CEO; designed and developed a foundation energy skills training programme for local people in Camden and Islington, training 31 local residents.2020-2023 - Project lead for the retrofit of Caxton House Community Centre jointly raising £300k in grants to install triple glazed windows, a 50kW heat pump and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery units to achieve carbon and financial savings. This project was completed in December 2023. PUNL lead for 1-1 and group energy efficiency advice workshops to local residents and obtained Level 3 C&G Award for Energy Efficiency Advice in 2023. 2019 - Led on the successful share offer for Caversham Group Practice and the installation of a 30kWp rooftop solar system. Supported share offers for two other sites, Muswell Hill Golf Course and Hampstead School.2019 onwards - Treasurer and Director for Community Energy London 2018-2019 - Obtained feasibility grants for solar PV and energy efficiency reviews in Islington and Camden. Delivered LED lighting projects at 4 community sites in Islington. Delivered a rooftop solar system for an Islington Community Centre.2016 - 18 - Organised and ran sustainability events as project lead for the RSA Sustainable Households Group - "Smart Living at Home: Water and Wildlife" to highlight the importance of using water responsibly and the positive impacts of wetlands and wildlife for health and wellbeing"Smart Living at Home: Food and Fashion" to highlight the opportunities to live more sustainably in these two important areas of resource use"Energy Efficiency - Smart Homes and Smart Behaviours" to highlight how behaviour change in the home can help reduce energy consumption Show less
