Modernise the way people share documents within the organization by replacing old File Server to a cloud solution. 3. Reduce of hardware footprint across all campuses by retiring old services and pushing others services to the cloud to reduce the risk of downtimes and turnover.4. Replacement of legacy CCTV service to a modern solution based on TCP/IP and central access. 5. Complete internet carriage refresh across all Australian sites yielding savings and experiential gains.6. Implementation of campus wide collaboration platform i.e. Zoom improving organisational effectiveness.7. Enhancement of security policies to staff, trainers and about 6500 students by implementing Single Sign On, Multifactor Authentication and many other security features.8. Implementation of monitoring services based on Zabbix across all network devices.9. Currently working on deprecating Active Directory Services across the organization bringing the power of Intune and AzureAD to our fleet.
