  I developed a fully Integrated Logistics Management System (SIGLE), to improve and digitalize several processes of the department, with more emphasis on the Kits Process. SIGLE is a PowerBI integrated with Excel/VBA tools that allows:- Decrease the dependency on manual work- Decentralize knowledge- Centralize information such as inventory, next priorities and KPIs
