The team was newly established, therefore a key priority was to build relationship with the business, this was achieved through effective communication and working hard to demonstrate the impact the service could have. Involved in implementing a new HR system. The role provided excellent opportunity to enhance experience at advisor level.

These reports were used to evidence progress, achievements, compliance and areas for development.Coaching the HR Business Partners, discussing and advising on case management, including absence management, grievance, disciplinary, capability and general employee queries. Leading investigations where casework is complex, producing reports and presenting to panels.Working with the HR/OD Director to implement change management programmes including restructuring, setting up subsidiary companies, developing and delivering the People Strategy.
