  During my time at Home Fundraising I have learned about one of the biggest issues that world tries to overcome. The position required me to raise funds for Cancer Research UK charity using a direct debit form from the possible donors. The position helped me keep track of time effectively, work on my communication skills as well as understanding how a charity of its type works.

  Starting my third year in university I have been hired at Premier Inn Buchanan Galleries hotel which occupied the first position on Trip Advisor out of over ninety hotels in Glasgow area at that time. During my time there I worked on a variety of roles from Front of House team member to Bartender, Nights receptionist and Duty manager. In the last year of my employment I was appointed the night duty manager position. I ran the systems' end of day reports, I organised the banking data and lastly I went through the daily transactions.   In order to obtain my QTS I have been training and teaching as a science teacher at Tonbridge Grammar School which in 2014 was named the UK's best state International Baccalaureate school. Over the training year I took responsibility over three classes who showed the most progress and achieved the highest grades in their year groups.

My position here was as a Science/ Physics teacher (Biology, Chemistry, Physics - KS3 & KS4 / Physics - KS5 & Apprenticeships (BTEC HND (QCF & RCF) levels 4&5 - Manufacturing Engineering - Science). I enjoyed working for Leigh UTC because it was providing a business-led and problem-solving curriculum for its students.
