We were responsible for the integration and automation of all internal systems, including eCommerce platforms (CommerceTools, Walmart, etc.), ERP (NetSuite), analytics (Snowflake, Looker, etc.), customer ticketing tools (Zendesk) and any other services not directly related to wholesale customers. Most of our integrations are created in Celigo and/or AWS, using lambdas.My responsibilities also included monitoring integrations for various errors that can be resolved and constructing fixes and patches for existing automated processes independently and with various stakeholders throughout the company.I've also enjoyed the opportunity to build a couple internal tools, including an automated time-off tool for the integrations team and a source control web application for the wholesale team to use with CData Arc workflows and integrations.
