As Programme Director, Rosemary has coached 9 cohorts of the prestigious Advance HE Top Management Programme for higher education leaders, & is experienced in the provision of coaching support to leaders in a variety of global higher education systems. Rosemary researched, designed and facilitated the founding 6-year pilot of the Power and Politics module for the specialist Advance HE Aurora Women in Higher Education leadership programme, supporting and encouraging almost 6,000 participants through 6 programme cohorts, from November 2013 to April 2019.
