  EDC is Canada's trade finance agency, and the leading provider of financing, insurance and bonding for Canadian companies of all sizes doing business outside of Canada. As EDC’s Global Accounts Director and Renewable Energy sector lead for the Canadian Global Investors Team, Marc Andre originated large financing transactions and managed a portfolio of strategic clients, which included Canada's largest investors, in the renewable energy, infrastructure and private equity space. As part of EDC's Structured & Project Finance team, Marc Andre lead deal teams which were responsible for all aspects of transaction execution in the infrastructure and power sectors. He successfully closed and worked on several transactions ranging from structured finance, mergers & acquisition, greenfield project finance, and public-private partnerships (PPP). Within EDC's Aerospace financing team, Marc Andre has lead deal teams which were responsible for all aspects of transaction execution. He successfully closed and worked on many transactions ranging from structured aircraft financings, flight simulator financings, leveraged leases, to corporate finance transactions.
