      I have total responsibility of all shop floor activities from Granulation to Coating of Tablets & Capsule filling, with a team of officers, operators and helpers.• Responsibility to produce products with a consistent quality and to give maximum output from all sections with in a frame of quality (cGMP).• Responsibility to receive production plan and execution of production schedule of department and give all section wise reports to Production manager.• Responsibility to prepare / review SOPs, handling of Change Controls and Deviations.• Responsibility to raise indents related to different requirements and dealing with their suppliers. • Responsible for Equipment Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ).• Responsibility to execute the validation, exhibit and pre-exhibit batches.• Involved in the Installation & commissioning of Equipment.• Responsibility to keep B.M.R, machine logs and other related production documents up dated in all respects.• Cross verify the line complaint and co-ordinate with quality department for immediate and permanent countermeasure.• Responsibility to follow cGMP myself as well as educate my sub- ordinates to follow.• Manpower planning & allocation of people on the manufacturing lines during shifts.• Perform the ERP/SAP transactions for accounting of material from manufacturing.• Responsibility to maintain healthy work of mind, discipline and teamwork among those who are working under me on shop floor.• To co-ordinate the continuous improvement project within the organization.• Support new products development, trials and validation.• Execution of facility, equipment qualification, process and cleaning validations activities as per the approved protocols.• Review of qualification, validation and sampling protocol & report, review of BMR and validation documents.• Responsibility to inform maintenance department in advance for due of preventive maintenance of all shop floor machines.
