In addition, design and implementation of processes in the areas of talent, performance and succession. Responsible for procurement and implementation of HR systems Leading role in two reorganization and downsizing projects: 1. Relocated parts of the company's warehouse operations which resulted in downsizing and competence change in the management team. 2. Due to changed business direction restructuring the white-collar organisation. Resulted in competence change in line with new business direction and cost savings.
