This program is set as a benchmark itself whereas freshers like me developed a lot of core skills i.e developing a career path, creation of a LinkedIn profile, effective teamwork, time management, stress management, business case presentation, basic of microsoft excel and acing an interview effectively.   Responsibilities:  Handling and upkeep the documentation & record keeping of microbiology. Ensure the fumigation and verification for air micro effectiveness.  Ensure effectiveness of CIP & COP & Sanitation, Steaming, cleaning in all areas. Microbiological analysis of shelf life, market and warehouse samples. Microbial analysis of Personal hygiene by swab testing including Canteen Workers. Maintain and review microbiological Program, SOP and checklists & KORE requirement on defined frequency. Cross verification of the key micro affecting parameters/process like CIP time, temperature, concentration, chlorine pasteurization temperature, steaming temperature & Time, tilter time & temperature, filling temperature in HF, Hot carbon treatment temperature & contact time, UV lamp intensity & Hours, chlorine interlocks, all process handwash working & availability & usage of Sanitiser. Comply maintain GMP of Micro & QA Lab. Timely analysis of FG & release . Participate in Proficiency testing.  Responsible to Calibration of lab and process measuring instrument as per defined frequency. Timely product release as per protocol. Responsible to monitor and effective implementation of defined PRPs, OPRP and CCP.  Ensure proper tracking, handling, segregation, storage in defined area & disposition of Non-Confirming Products. Ensure Cleaning & Sanitation of all equipment as per requirement. Direct Responsibility for sampling of micro as per Sampling plan.  Responsible to giving the feedback to concern person about the microbiological for taking appropriate action.  Ensure effectiveness of AHU functioning & cleaning in defined workplace. Calibration and Cleaning of microbiological equipment.  Core team member (QMS, FSMS, Problem Solving Methodologies)FSMS:  Maintenance of Clean and Hygienic condition of Filler and processing equipment. To monitor Personnel Hygiene practices in the Processing Hall.
