  TLSAMP

  TLSAMP is a collaborative effort sustained by a coalition of six colleges and universities in the state of Tennessee to significantly increase the number of underrepresented minority students statewide. With TLSAMP I mentored two students for 4 months who were both studying civil engineering as was I. During this time we talked about time management, the importance of organization and career readiness.

Has supervisory responsibility for Engineering Assistants, Plan Clerks and Interns. Assist in obtaining, evaluating and coordinating all information needed to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents and to assure that the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality possible.
